It is the process of planning, executing and controlling the transport, storage and distribution of goods to ensure the efficient and effective flow of materials and information between business partners. Contract logistics includes, but is not limited to, selecting suppliers, negotiating contract terms, monitoring contract performance and optimising the cost and efficiency of the entire supply chain.
